Help us help you. When asking a question, please include as much information about your computer and software as possible.
In order for anyone here to help, you need to list this as an absolute minimum......
Your processor (Pentium xxx, Athlon xxx, etc etc)
Your Operating system (Win 98, XP etc etc)
Your video card (and preferably your driver version)
If it is an issue involving CD drives.......list your drives.
If it is a connection issue......give information about your connection (type and so on)
If you are unsure about the hardware in your computer download this free tool, Aida32 enterprise system information ,
it will help with identifying hardware on your system so if asked, you can provide it.
When you are describing the problem be specific and it will be easier and quicker for one of our forum members to help you. It is no good saying "my computer crashes......why?"
Describe what is happening in some detail. If it's a serious fault, it is helpful if you include exact steps to recreate what you are experiencing.
Remember......we are all volunteers here, no-one gets paid so anything that makes our job easier is great.
