If you are interested in joining Team [NFBS], you should use the following procedure....

The Team has put forth some guidelines for people to follow that will give everyone a fair and equal chance at membership to Team [NFBS].

Our main goal is to have a team consisting of members who are dedicated to our team, who agree with our rules, have a desire to develop friendships, to be honest and to aspire in matters of kindness and team spirit.

Step 1 Read our Team Rules, and TeamSpeak rules. If you feel you are able to accept them and agree to our policies, you're already the kind of prospect we're looking for.

Post a request for membership in the recruitment forum. Start a new topic. The post must include the following:

Reason for wanting to join.

Verify that you are aged 16 or above.

Acknowledgement of having read our rules and willing to accept them.

The games you play, according to the games we play. (Look at TeamSpeak on the front page of the site for our game list) not to include Warcraft or any MMORPG.

Other games you play.

Acknowledgement of having downloaded and installed Teamspeak.

A Team Leader will contact you shortly thereafter.

During conversation through teamspeak and online playing, the Team Leader will form an impression and decide whether to go on to step 2.

This stage normally takes 7 days or less.

Step 2: How you introduce yourself.

In this phase you will be required to use the tag NFBSp in your name (e.g. NFBSp Player) during online gaming. We ask this for you to be easily recognized by existing Team [NFBS] members. During this period you will choose the persona name you wish to use when and if full membership is granted. The purpose of step 2 is to let as many Team [NFBS] members have the opportunity to play and chat with you online as possible. You will be provided access to our teamspeak servers and ask that you express yourself both inside and outside the games with our existing members. Active involvement on the Team NFBS Forum is also required.

Step 2 will last a minimum of 1 week.

Step 3: The voting process.

Only Team [NFBS] members who have both played, and spoke with the you are eligible to vote on your membership. The Team Leaders will decide on the minimum number of votes required for membership, depending on how many members have spoken and gamed with you, You will be granted membership on the 8Th day of voting, if the minimum number of votes has been met and all of them are in favour.

When full membership has been granted, Your original post asking to join the team will then be removed to the archives, Your account will be changed on our forum. Your name will be added to our Team list and you will be required to use our Team tag [NFBS] in all the games where the Team is present, or could have future presence, As well as any game related sites/forums.

We will allow a current Team member to recruit a friend into the team.

The recruit shall go thru the same process as every other recruit.

The recruit will need to get to know as many Team NFBS members as possible, Via: Teamspeak and the forum. This will directly affect how many votes the prospect gets.

The Sponsoring Team member will be responsible for the recruit for a period of 60 days from the time they get full membership.

In World of Warcraft The member does not have to use the Team Tag on his/her name.
